MARCH SPOTLIGHT: National Nutrition Month

  • 8:00 am

As we embrace National Nutrition Month this March, we want to extend our support and guidance to you during this transformative journey from pregnancy through your child's first years of life. During pregnancy, a good balanced diet plays a pivotal role in your baby's development. Embrace nutrient-rich foods, stay hydrated, and consider prenatal supplements under the guidance of your healthcare provider. Every bite you take nourishes your growing baby, setting the stage for a healthy start to life. After birth, your dedication to nutrition continues to shape your child's health. Whether breastfeeding or using formula, focus on responsive feeding and gradually introduce solids when the time is right. Your nurturing care ensures your baby receives the essential nutrients crucial for growth and development. Join us in commemorating National Nutrition Month as we empower you to prioritize nutrition from pregnancy through your child's first year. Together, let's lay the foundation for a lifetime of health and happiness.
